The pseudoscientific fraud of Jenny McCarthy, Andrew Wakefield, and others continues to afflict those who cannot protect themselves from their parents' misguided fear.  Measles is highly contagious.  Measles is a serious illness.  Measles can kill.  Measles is preventable.

Remember, herd immunity protects those who cannot safely be vaccinated.  It may involve a personal choice, but vaccination is a civic responsibility.
